TGV Carmillon “Duplex” – Double-Level European TGV - N Scale
Kato in Japan will be releasing two different 10-Car TGV train sets in the latest “Carmillon” livery
applied to these European high-speed bullet trains in 2011 on the occasion of the TGV’s 30th
anniversary. Both will be capable of mounting a drawbar onto the front motor car (by removing the
coupler cover) so that they can be operated with matching 10-Car TGV sets for prototypical double
heading operation, just as they are operated in France!
